Cancellation Policy

All sessions must be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice to give me time to offer them to other clients.

Sometimes events beyond our control happen so I am offering a limited number of cancellation passes with training packages. A cancellation pass means you will not be charged if you fail to give 24 hours notice. 

 

One cancellation pass will be included per 5-session package, two cancellation passes per 10-session package and three cancellation passes per 15-session package.

 

Once you have used up your cancellation passes, any cancellation occurring without 24 hours notice will be automatically charged at your regular session rate without notice.
